My story is different.
Unlike many fitness professionals, I wasn’t always in great shape. I wasn’t a serious athlete. I had no idea how to cook. I struggled with motivation and consistency for YEARS before I finally got serious about my health. I know from experience how challenging and frustrating it can be to try to figure this stuff out.
Thankfully, I was able to change my life for the better by developing a lifelong love of exercise. I firmly believe every single person has the capacity to make a similar change in their own lives.
